linking calendars.

Your kid's hockey app, soccer app, dance studio — they all have schedules locked inside them. Ralli reads those schedules directly so you don't have to type out every practice. It takes about a minute per team, and once it's set up, new games and reschedules just show up.

01

grab the calendar link from your team's app.

Most team management apps quietly publish a calendar feed somewhere in their settings — usually labeled "subscribe to calendar," "export to iCal," or something similar. The link itself usually starts with webcal:// or ends in .ics. Find the app you use below and tap through for the exact steps; the instructions live on each company's own help site.

02

paste it into Ralli.

Open Ralli, tap the + button on your schedule, and choose Import Calendar. Paste in the link you copied, hit Connect, and that's it — every event from that team flows in. New games, time changes, weather cancellations: they all update automatically. Repeat for each team and you're done coordinating from screenshots forever.

your app's not listed?

If your team uses something niche or local, send us the name and we'll figure out whether it can be linked. If it can, we'll add it here. Either way, you'll hear back.
